Bilingual Sales Executive (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Bilingual Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing international team. Working remotely, you will manage inbound and outbound leads in both Spanish and English, support the sales pipeline, and leverage AI tools to boost outreach efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media in Spanish and English.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, and follow‑ups.
• Maintain and update CRM systems (GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, HubSpot or similar), track lead activity, and generate simple pipeline reports.
• Conduct prospect research, identify new opportunities, and support targeted lead‑generation marketing efforts.
• Support negotiation conversations and nurture strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) with English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Minimum 6 months experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Availability to work during EST/PST business hours.
• Strong communication, negotiation, time‑management and independent‑working skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with communication tools (Zoom, Slack).
• Project‑task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Use of AI drafting tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
