Analista Contable Bilingue

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Accounting Analyst to join our finance team in Caracas. The role supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate expense processing and timely payments while collaborating with various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee expense reimbursement processes.
• Support accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment requests.
• Assist internal workflows such as procurement and contract processing.
• Help with month‑end closing activities, documentation and basic reconciliations.
• Coordinate with business teams to track expenses and monitor processing status.
• Perform other routine accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and execution‑driven.
• Good level of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
