AI-Native Technical Project Manager & Software Architect

About the role

This position leads the transformation of business ideas into fully functional software, websites, and technical systems using AI‑driven development tools. The professional acts as both architect and general contractor, overseeing multiple projects from concept to deployment while ensuring the founder’s vision is realized.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret the founder’s goals and translate broad concepts into detailed product requirements, system architecture, and development tasks.
• Manage several software and website projects simultaneously, prioritising work, tracking progress, and handling dependencies.
• Break complex initiatives into smaller assignments that can be executed by AI coding tools and agents.
• Select and orchestrate appropriate AI models, coding agents, and development platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub).
• Write precise prompts that give AI tools the necessary context, constraints, and documentation.
• Control token usage, context windows, and conversation history to minimise cost and avoid loss of information.
• Review, test, and validate AI‑generated code, correcting insecure or incomplete solutions.
• Oversee frontend, backend, databases, APIs, authentication, third‑party integrations, infrastructure, and deployment processes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for seamless hand‑over across tools and sessions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and full‑stack development.
• Ability to read, debug, and improve code, even when most of it is AI‑generated.
• Experience with application architecture, infrastructure planning, cloud hosting, and production deployments.
• Comfort with managing multiple AI tools as specialised development resources.
