AdTech Engineer – Remote

About the role

As an AdTech Engineer you will design and deliver high‑performance programmatic advertising solutions. You will work remotely with a global team of top engineers to integrate header‑bidding and real‑time bidding systems across supply‑side and demand‑side platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable programmatic advertising services using the OpenRTB protocol.
• Develop and maintain header‑bidding integrations with Prebid.js or Prebid Server to maximize yield.
• Orchestrate connections between SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges, ensuring low‑latency communication.
• Optimize system architecture for real‑time bidding environments to reduce latency and increase throughput.
• Integrate mobile advertising solutions and enforce compliance with the latest IAB standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability and performance of ad delivery platforms.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on AdTech or programmatic advertising.
• Proven track record implementing and optimizing OpenRTB and header‑bidding solutions.
• Extensive experience with SSP/DSP integrations and familiarity with IAB standards.
• Strong ability to optimize latency for high‑throughput, real‑time bidding systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
