Video Creator – Premium Brand Visual Storyteller

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative Video Creator to define and elevate the visual identity of our brand as we move into the high‑end market. You will translate our premium value into cinematic stories that resonate with affluent and professional audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define the visual language for the brand’s elevation, ensuring color grading, composition, and pacing match luxury standards.
• Lead end‑to‑end content creation from concept, storyboarding, filming, post‑production, to motion graphics.
• Produce high‑impact brand films, product deep‑dives, and lifestyle narratives that justify a 30% price premium.
• Adapt video assets for multiple platforms (WeChat Channels, Instagram, Little Red Book, website) while maintaining a consistent high‑end voice.
• Monitor luxury lifestyle trends and emerging visual technologies, including AI‑assisted production.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in luxury goods, high‑tech, architecture, or boutique lifestyle brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating a refined, minimalist, cinematic aesthetic.
• Ability to turn abstract brand strategies into emotionally resonant visual stories for sophisticated audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects (or Final Cut Pro).
• Advanced color‑grading expertise in DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong cinematography, lighting, and art‑direction capabilities.
• Familiarity with 3D rendering and AI video‑generation tools.
