About the role

The Staffing Solution Architect will lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. Working remotely, you will partner with clients and internal teams to source and place the right engineering talent across a wide range of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes, providing technical guidance to clients.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to match engineers with specific project needs.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while ensuring feasibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates on various technologies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
