Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team in Caracas. You will be responsible for managing the brand’s online presence, driving engagement, and collaborating with local influencers to amplify our tech and consumer‑electronics products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of official brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize SEO and engagement strategies for each platform to increase organic reach.
• Identify, onboard and manage local KOLs in tech and lifestyle niches, execute campaigns and track performance.
• Design holiday‑themed campaigns (e.g., Back to School, Valentine’s Day, Christmas) and organize online‑to‑offline activations such as pop‑up events and fan meet‑ups.
• Monitor competitor social strategies, produce social listening reports and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in tech or consumer electronics.
• Established network with Venezuelan KOLs, MCNs or agencies.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Must provide own laptop or computer for work purposes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Meta Insights.
