Senior UX/UI Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Developer to join our multicultural, fully remote development team. You will collaborate with scrum teams to create intuitive, high‑quality user experiences for web, mobile, and device applications.

Key responsibilities

• Work with one or more scrum teams, iterating UX designs in an agile environment.
• Gather and interpret customer requirements from a UX perspective and anticipate needed changes.
• Produce quick mockups and prototypes, collect feedback, and refine designs.
• Design high‑quality UI that follows modern design principles for commercial software.
• Illustrate and optimise software workflows to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a developer, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Proven expertise in UX/UI design and implementation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
