Senior Manager Account Executive

About the role

Visa is seeking a Senior Manager Account Executive to lead sales initiatives with financial institutions in Venezuela. You will shape account strategies, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor for issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and wallets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized account plans to increase sales volume and market share.
• Manage and expand relationships with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and digital wallets.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and sell Visa products and services.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to align client objectives with Visa’s payment solutions.
• Monitor the payment landscape and propose innovative growth strategies.
• Support product development and marketing initiatives for new and existing offerings.
• Contribute to functional strategy and provide operational or technical leadership within the sales team.
• Lead ad‑hoc internal projects and participate in sales meetings and training.

Required profile

• 8 + years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree with fewer years of experience).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and close complex, competitive sales cycles.
• Experience with card issuing/acquiring and servicing financial‑institution clients.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn new payment products.
