Sales Representative

About the role

InteractiveWorkers, LLC is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative based in Venezuela. You will be responsible for generating new business, guiding prospects through the sales cycle, and closing deals while delivering a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, in‑person visits and virtual meetings.
• Present products and services, deliver demonstrations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contract terms within company guidelines and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support and other internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, build long‑term relationships and give feedback to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Demonstrated negotiation, objection‑handling and target‑achievement record.
• Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Venezuela and travel for client meetings.
