Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing online education platform. The role focuses on generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the Outside Sales team across automotive and non‑automotive market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads, including entry into new markets, and hand off qualified opportunities to Outside Sales.
• Utilize sales prospecting tools, systems, and resources to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Maintain focus on assigned market segments to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Create and communicate sales activity reports, work requests, and project status updates.
• Follow the sales playbook from prospecting through opportunity qualification.
• Develop relationships with assigned company accounts, identify needs, and support ongoing sales efforts.
• Enter all customer interactions into the CRM system daily.
• Prepare product expectations and pricing quotations in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to improve back‑office processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Assist the Sales Department and Sales Managers during absences or as business needs require.

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level on the CEFR scale).
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day.
