Sales Development Representative – Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to act as an Appointment Setter for our sales team. In this remote role you will contact potential customers, generate interest, and schedule qualified meetings to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up via calls, texts, and emails.
• Qualify leads, uncover needs, and determine fit for our solutions.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and keep the CRM updated with accurate information.
• Maintain professional, confident communication and meet daily and weekly KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities with confidence handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
