Sales Assistant

About the role

The Sales Assistant supports our sales operations, field team, and customer experience by combining administrative precision with a personable, human‑centered approach. This bilingual, tech‑savvy role guides prospects through the sales journey and ensures a smooth, supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospects in English and Spanish, explaining lease options and providing consistent follow‑up.
• Monitor prospect stages in the CRM, update records, and coordinate with the field team.
• Collect, verify, and store applicant documentation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Manage sales‑related software accounts, troubleshoot issues, and set up Facebook user accounts for field staff.
• Post and refresh listings on Facebook Marketplace and other channels to generate inbound leads.
• Assist in basic marketing tasks such as copywriting, image selection, and campaign support.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow defined processes.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week, up to 8+ hours per day, with occasional longer days.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Facebook Marketplace for lead generation.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms and digital sales tools.
