Retail Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Bee Stinger Brands is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Specialist to expand the distribution of its snack brand, Rah. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with food distributors, retail chains, convenience stores, and emerging channels such as FBOs and private charter operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain outbound lead databases across multiple retail segments.
• Research, identify, and qualify Ideal Customer Profiles using internal AI tools and market data.
• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold email, automated follow‑ups, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and trade‑show networking.
• Design, launch, and optimize large‑scale email campaigns, monitoring deliverability and response metrics.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline stages, and buyer contact information.
• Coordinate product sample shipments, pricing sheets, and onboarding materials with operations teams.
• Track and report KPIs such as outreach performance, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
• Assist in refining AI lead‑generation parameters and lead‑scoring logic.
• Schedule in‑store demos, product sampling activations, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with vendors on custom merchandising displays and retail presentation execution.
