About the role

Everlast Bathrooms is seeking a full‑time Remote Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping them schedule consultations for bathroom remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via phone or email to qualify interest.
• Schedule appointments for the remodeling sales team and update the calendar.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
• Ensure a smooth hand‑off of appointment details to the project team.
• Provide courteous, professional service that reflects the company’s brand.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, team‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales, scheduling, or customer‑facing experience is a plus.
