About the role

Global Pacific Support is looking for Appointment Setters to join its growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, reaching out, engaging prospects and scheduling appointments with the sales or service team. The position is fully remote.

Required profile

Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer or in a similar customer-facing role
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills, able to handle objections professionally
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets

Required skills

Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets and online communication platforms
Organization, time management and multitasking
