Project Manager – Social Media & Algorithmic Strategy (Remote)

About the role

E710LABS is seeking 3‑5 remote Project Managers to design and execute social media strategies for U.S. financial services brands. This three‑month professional fellowship combines social media management, AI‑driven analytics, and behavioral economics to boost consumer trust and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design segmented social media strategies for U.S. financial consumers across generations and investment profiles.
• Leverage Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Apply generative AI and machine‑learning tools to analyze sentiment, predict churn, and personalize content.
• Manage projects from planning through execution, monitoring, evaluation, and post‑project analysis.
• Build executive dashboards using ROI, CAC, CLV, and share‑of‑voice metrics.
• Lead A/B and multivariate tests to optimize creative assets, messaging, and targeting.
• Research financial‑literacy barriers, trust drivers, and digital consumption patterns.
• Analyze competitors (banks, neobanks, fintechs) to identify market opportunities.
• Develop buyer personas and omnichannel journey maps for the U.S. market.

Required profile

• Fully available to work remotely in a demanding environment.
• Advanced or near‑native proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Senior‑year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Tableau or Power BI, social‑media management platforms, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated proactivity, intellectual curiosity, accountability, autonomy, adaptability, and commitment to quality.
