Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist (Amazon & Walmart)

About the role

Our client manages U.S. marketplace accounts for established brands on Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace. They are seeking an experienced specialist to oversee daily operations, optimize listings, and provide top‑tier customer service across both platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace seller accounts.
• Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, listing suppressions and other notifications.
• Coordinate product launches, create and optimize listings, and perform keyword research.
• Maintain inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and handle stranded inventory issues.
• Review pricing, Buy Box performance and manage flat‑file uploads for bulk edits.
• Respond to customer inquiries, process returns, refunds and manage buyer messages within required response times.
• Generate weekly performance reports, track sales trends and identify operational improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketplace initiatives and replenishment planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience managing U.S. Amazon FBA and/or Walmart Marketplace seller accounts for established brands.
• Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central (U.S.) and Walmart Marketplace Seller Center.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot listing errors, inventory discrepancies and customer issues.
