Product Support Agent / Technical Support Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing company as an English‑speaking Product Support Agent for a global client. You will work remotely as part of a dream‑team that makes the consumer experience easy and enjoyable, covering a flexible schedule across EST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer technical and connectivity issues.
• Answer questions about order status and the iFLO device, its chemicals and operation.
• Process replacements and returns using Netsuite.

Required profile

• C1 level proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Smart, critical thinker with strong client‑orientation and attention to detail.
• Self‑employed mindset; able to work independently from home with a personal PC and reliable internet.
• Team‑player, hard‑working and able to adapt to any assigned shift within coverage hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in G Suite.
• Familiarity with Netsuite.
• Experience using live‑chat applications (preferred).
