Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal – Fully Remote (USD)

About the role

Voxidea is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support U.S. attorneys from a fully remote setting. You will manage case documentation, conduct legal research, and assist with discovery, helping clients navigate personal injury claims.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other case documents.
• Perform comprehensive legal research, focusing on police reports, medical records, and discovery materials.
• Communicate with clients, answer inquiries, and keep them informed about case status.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely filing of documents.
• Assist attorneys with administrative tasks and provide regular case progress updates.
• Coordinate collection, organization, and delivery of essential case documents.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a U.S. personal injury law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Bilingual in English (C1+) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Permanent residence in Latin America.
• Reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal case management software such as Clio or MyCase.
