Marketing Operations Partner (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Operations Partner to work directly with senior leadership. This remote position offers high exposure to cross‑functional projects, strategic planning and the chance to influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution and follow‑up of cross‑functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability and timely delivery.
• Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects and performance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Marketing Operations function, maintaining business continuity and a high‑performance execution rhythm.
• Develop and optimise processes, dashboards and reporting systems to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, including team members, internal clients and senior marketing leadership, to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as strategic consulting, high‑growth startups, scale‑ups or top‑tier multinational corporations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
