Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Operations Manager who will design, build, and scale AI‑powered marketing systems that eliminate manual work and automate complex workflows. You will work remotely with a fast‑growing European consumer brand, partnering with Growth, CRM, Creative, Influencer, and Brand teams to boost efficiency and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Embed across multiple marketing functions to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high‑impact improvements.
• Own the marketing operating rhythm, including campaign brief intake, planning cadences, post‑campaign reviews, and weekly performance reporting.
• Design, evaluate, and standardize the marketing automation stack; develop automations using Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n.
• Automate workflows such as reporting, campaign QA, asset routing, lead management, and lifecycle automation.
• Build executive dashboards, collaborate with the Business Intelligence Lead, and measure outcomes (hours saved, cycle‑time reduction, error‑rate improvements).
• Document new processes, train teams, and ensure solutions remain functional after handoff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing operations, process optimisation, and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose problems, design solutions, and quantify business impact.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and driving change in a fast‑moving environment.
