Logistics & Operations Assistant (Afternoon Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics & Operations Assistant to support our fast‑growing commercial services business. The role is fully remote, works the afternoon shift (6 AM‑2 PM PST / 9 AM‑6 PM EST), and interacts with multiple departments such as Operations, Billing, and Customer Communication.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor administrative tasks across departments, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate data entry and keep records up‑to‑date in CRM and internal systems.
• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via email and chat professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow‑ups, and documentation to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Organise customer files, notes, and records for easy access.
• Prepare clear, error‑free customer‑facing documentation and reports.
• Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the appropriate coordinator.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 2‑5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or customer‑facing roles.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and handling multiple priorities.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana, Notion, or Trello (project‑management tools).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
