Junior Sales Development Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Remote

Valatam is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Development Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish to support its LATAM market. This fully remote position blends outbound prospecting with essential administrative tasks to keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly. Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify leads.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, managing calendar invites and ensuring clear communication between prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain data integrity by logging outreach activities, updating internal trackers, and generating pipeline reports.
• Handle email correspondence and follow‑ups with prospects, clients, and internal team members.
• Organize sales materials, documentation, and administrative files in Google Drive for quick team access.
• Support market research, document preparation, and other administrative tasks to continuously improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or administrative assistance.
• Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and a backup connection.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
