Junior Marketing Assistant – Remote

About the role

SpotterLabs is looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to support its digital growth and audience engagement. This full‑time remote position offers hands‑on experience across social media, content creation, and email marketing while working closely with the marketing and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain content calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging social media posts and write marketing copy for campaigns.
• Coordinate creative asset requests and briefs with the design team.
• Track project timelines and ensure marketing deliverables meet deadlines.
• Support brand awareness and organic lead generation on social platforms.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending email campaigns using Brevo.
• Manage audience segmentation and follow‑up sequences.
• Monitor and report on email performance (open, click, conversion rates).
• Prepare weekly social media performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep messaging and branding consistent.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles (including internships or freelance work).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong copywriting ability for B2B audiences.
• Good understanding of major social platforms and their analytics.
