Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join GoCreators, a fast‑growing UGC content studio. You will work remotely, collaborating with our creator network across the US, Canada and Latin America to produce viral short‑form videos for app advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and manage relationships with UGC creators and influencers, primarily on TikTok.
• Develop and deliver clear content briefs that align with campaign objectives.
• Monitor TikTok trends and translate them into actionable ideas for clients.
• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing management or working with UGC creators.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on TikTok content creation experience.
• Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
