About the role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our creator and micro‑influencer relationships from our Caracas office. You will be responsible for identifying the right partners, measuring campaign performance, and turning data into actionable growth for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Scout, evaluate and onboard content creators and micro‑influencers whose audience aligns with our brand DNA.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage ongoing relationships to ensure smooth execution.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign metrics to demonstrate clear ROI for each partnership.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to integrate influencer content into broader brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English (intermediate to advanced) for daily communication.
