Healthcare Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full‑cycle talent acquisition for medical positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define and verify job requirements for healthcare roles.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions across several locations.
• Source candidates from ATS databases, internal talent pools, and external platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook.
• Review resumes, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers promptly, and respond to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain and update recruitment records, policies, and guidelines.
• Utilize project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday) to track recruitment projects.
• Support team members on recruitment‑related projects as needed.
• Perform any additional job‑related duties as required.

Required skills

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.
• Google Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Recruitment software and ATS usage.
• Hubstaff (web and desktop apps, task management).
• WhatsApp for communication.
• Zoom for virtual meetings.
