Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior Growth & Marketing Lead to own and drive Charly's growth strategy. You will shape marketing, business development, and the full sales cycle, turning ideas into results while working closely with the CEO and GM.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and brand positioning, messaging, content, case studies, and social presence.
• Build and nurture a lead funnel and strategic partnerships, focusing on relationship‑building rather than cold outreach.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from initial conversation to signed contract.
• Create clear sales collateral, decks, proposals, and follow‑ups that reflect Charly’s identity.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene to ensure repeatable growth processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven marketing and business development experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment.
• Track record of building relationships, expanding lead funnels, and running full sales cycles.
• Exceptional written and spoken English, persuasive and clear.
• Self‑directed, comfortable collaborating closely with founders.
• Based in Europe or Latin America.
