Forex Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

Falcon Funded is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to engage Spanish‑speaking prospects through chat. You will use our proven scripts as a base, tailoring each conversation to the unique needs of the trader and ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations with inbound Spanish‑speaking leads.
• Adapt scripted dialogues to match each customer’s requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful chat‑based sales or comparable sales experience.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and solid English for internal coordination.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage several conversations at once.
• Mandatory knowledge of Forex trading concepts.
• Self‑starter with a responsible, results‑driven attitude.
