DTC Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Shopify + Klaviyo)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DTC Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own and scale our retention marketing program. This full‑time remote position will drive revenue through end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns, from acquisition to long‑term LTV growth, working closely with creative, growth, and ecommerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the email and SMS channels, building and optimizing Klaviyo flows from scratch.
• Create and manage daily/weekly promotional campaigns across email and SMS.
• Develop and refine lifecycle strategies, including welcome, abandonment, post‑purchase, cross‑sell, win‑back, and VIP flows.
• Design segmentation and personalization tactics to improve deliverability and performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, offers, copy, design, timing, and messaging.
• Analyze performance metrics (revenue, CTR, CVR, LTV) and iterate to boost results.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and major sales events.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high‑converting creatives.
• Maintain the email and SMS marketing calendars and own related KPIs.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing email and SMS marketing for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Proven track record of growing email and SMS revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Klaviyo.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify.
• HTML/CSS for email design.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 or Northbeam.
• Use of AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
