Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Trainee (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for recent graduates to join Wonderful Machine as a Digital Marketing & Photo Curation Trainee. This full‑time remote position will start with data‑management training and then move into either our Publicity or Membership department.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain the company database of clients, photographers, crew, agents and other industry contacts.
• Communicate with contacts via email, schedule capability calls and ensure information is accurate.
• After the initial month, support digital marketing activities such as researching, writing, editing and sharing articles and visual content on the blog, email campaigns and social media (Publicity track).
• Or, develop photo‑curation skills by identifying, evaluating and gathering industry insights, curating photographs for articles and promotions, and handling membership inquiries (Membership track).

Required profile

• Full‑time availability and ability to attend daily staff meetings.
• Stable, reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup option.
• Strong spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Own a MacBook (2020 model or newer) or be willing to acquire one.
• Interest in photography, advertising, marketing and the creative industries.
• Professional, reliable communication style and strong attention to detail.
