Data Science Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Science Manager to lead the design, development and deployment of classical machine‑learning solutions that drive business value. The role is fully remote and reports to the data science leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy classical ML models using Python and scikit‑learn.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Looker, Tableau or Mode to communicate performance metrics.
• Perform feature engineering and data transformation with SQL to improve model quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define KPIs and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Oversee the full data‑science lifecycle from data collection to model monitoring.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning or a related analytical field.
• Proven track record developing classical ML models with Python, SQL and scikit‑learn.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, A/B testing and feature‑engineering techniques.
• Experience delivering business‑focused insights and dashboards using Looker, Tableau or Mode.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
