Customer Support Guru (Remote)

About the role

Qoblex is seeking a motivated Customer Support Guru to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations team. Working remotely, you will partner directly with the founding team to ensure our customers get the most value from our platform and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to support emails and run live calls to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Maintain and expand the Knowledge Base so customers can self‑serve.
• Submit bug reports and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Proactively engage with customers, anticipate problems, and document scalable solutions.
• Advocate for customer needs during roadmap discussions with the founding team.
• Monitor customer health metrics and use insights to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Deep understanding of e‑commerce operations (supply chain, inventory management, sales).
• Experience running Shopify or another e‑commerce platform (preferred).
• At least 2 years in a customer‑facing role such as support, success, or sales.
• Experience creating web content or writing for a Knowledge Base.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
