Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the brand’s social presence in Venezuela, overseeing daily activities across Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. Working on‑site in Caracas, you will create engaging content, manage influencer collaborations and translate marketing ideas into measurable online results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage official brand accounts, develop monthly content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Optimize SEO and engagement tactics for each platform to increase organic reach.
• Identify, onboard and coordinate local KOLs in tech and lifestyle niches, execute campaigns and track performance.
• Design and launch holiday‑themed and seasonal campaigns, as well as online‑to‑offline activations such as pop‑up events and fan meet‑ups.
• Monitor competitor social strategies, produce social‑listening reports and provide actionable market insights.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in tech or consumer electronics.
• Established network with Venezuelan KOLs, MCNs or agencies.
• Fluent in Spanish and professional English.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Meta Insights.
