Cold Caller & Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners facing foreclosure in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut area, helping them explore solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to pre‑foreclosure homeowners using the Follow Up Boss CRM dialer.
• Follow a proven cold‑calling script, qualify prospects and determine their interest in keeping or selling the property.
• Schedule appointments for specialists and log every call outcome in the CRM.
• Send follow‑up texts, manage inbound calls, and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline each day.

Required profile

• Clear, confident spoken English (conversational) and fully fluent Spanish.
• Professional phone presence, able to stay calm with upset callers.
• Self‑discipline to achieve 80–100 calls per day without supervision.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or similar).
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace and backup connection.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 9 am–5 pm Eastern Time.
