Bilingual Video Inspector & Customer Support Representative

About the role

Mindy Support is looking for an English‑and‑Spanish speaking Video Inspector who will conduct vehicle inspections for rideshare drivers via live video calls. The position is fully remote, full‑time, and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate scheduled video calls with drivers and keep the camera on throughout the inspection.
• Verify driver identity and guide them to position their phone/camera to show required vehicle parts.
• Inspect exterior and interior elements (tires, lights, mirrors, seat belts, horn, etc.) and assess compliance.
• Communicate pass/fail results and provide brief explanations for failures.
• Record inspection outcomes (Pass, Fail, No‑Show) promptly in the internal system.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1), both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, follow step‑by‑step instructions and work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer and a smartphone.
• Self‑employed contractor comfortable signing an independent‑business agreement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑chat platforms and basic computer operations.

• Remote work schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 9 am‑6 pm PST with a 1‑hour break.
• Compensation: $700/month during a 3‑month probation, then $750/month plus a $50 KPI bonus.
