Bilingual Sales & Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

We are a growing cleaning services company seeking bilingual professionals in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Venezuela to join our operations team as Sales & Scheduling Coordinators. The role involves handling client inquiries, providing quotes, and converting them into scheduled cleaning appointments while ensuring smooth coordination between office staff and field technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from potential clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide service quotes and guide clients through the booking process.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled cleaning appointments.
• Manage calendars and schedule jobs using our CRM system.
• Organize technician schedules and plan efficient routes.
• Assist technicians with scheduling questions during the workday.
• Communicate scheduling updates to clients and technicians.
• Support operational and administrative tasks to keep the business running efficiently.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and confident discussing cleaning services.
• Strong ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Jobber or similar).
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.

• Starting salary around $1,000 per month, with potential growth to $1,600 per month based on performance.
