Bilingual Sales & Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual professional to join our growing cleaning services company as a Sales & Scheduling Coordinator. The role focuses on handling inbound client inquiries, providing service quotes, and converting those inquiries into scheduled cleaning appointments while maintaining a friendly and trustworthy tone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from potential clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Provide accurate service quotes and guide clients through the booking process.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled cleaning appointments and manage the booking calendar.
• Organize technician schedules, plan efficient routes, and update both clients and field teams on any changes.
• Assist technicians with scheduling questions during the workday.
• Support operational and administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport with clients.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently across multiple countries.

Required skills

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Jobber or similar).
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Use of virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.

What we offer

• Probation period up to 3 months.
• Starting salary around $1,000 per month, with potential growth to $1,600 per month based on performance.
