BI & ERP Integration Developer

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a BI & ERP Integration Developer to turn manufacturing, operational and financial data into actionable insights across multiple facilities. The role sits at the intersection of business intelligence, ERP customization and AI‑enabled workflow orchestration, supporting the company’s mission to deliver engaging, self‑paced learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for manufacturing, finance and operations.
• Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs and visualizations.
• Develop automated reporting pipelines to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility.
• Design and implement NetSuite enhancements (SuiteApps, Suitelets, workflows) using SuiteScript and SuiteQL.
• Build and manage integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as BI platforms, MES, finance tools and APIs.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development, documentation and analysis, and embed AI into reporting and forecasting.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of small‑to‑mid‑size technical initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain data models and semantic layers, ensuring data quality and consistency across facilities.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable coordinating cross‑functional projects and managing timelines.
