About the role

We are seeking an energetic Aviation Sales Professional to join our remote team. You will be responsible for expanding our client base in the aviation sector and providing strategic advice on staffing and marketing trends.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting and visiting prospects and clients.
• Generate leads using social media platforms and online technologies to pinpoint key prospects.
• Manage existing accounts, engaging with managers at all levels to assess candidate fit and support client needs.
• Act as an industry advisor, informing clients about staffing and digital‑marketing trends within the aviation and creative fields.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or account‑management experience in the aviation industry.
• Background in marketing, advertising, digital or creative sectors.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Proven expertise in cold‑calling and cold‑emailing.
• Developed a collaborative sales philosophy for business development.
