Ad Optimization Specialist - LATAM (Remote)

About the role

MonetizeMore is seeking an Ad Optimization Specialist focused on LATAM publishers. Working remotely, you will act as the primary technical advisor, configuring and optimizing complex ad stacks to maximize publisher revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test, and manage end‑to‑end ad stacks in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header‑bidding environments.
• Analyze inventory to identify top‑performing units and adjust layouts for yield optimization.
• Drive adoption of PubGuru features and ensure full product activation for partners.
• Provide revenue consulting by designing custom optimization strategies and identifying new market opportunities.
• Run weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews, interpreting data to spot trends and meet KPIs.
• Lead client calls, share insights, and educate publishers on new ad technologies.
• Conduct daily health checks, monitor CPM, Page RPM, and Session RPM, and resolve fluctuations promptly.
• Audit sites and demand partners to enforce Google policy compliance.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in ad operations and stack configuration.
• Experience working with LATAM publishers and understanding of regional market dynamics.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear, revenue‑driving recommendations.
