About the role
NeoWork is looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our clients. You will ensure that our services align with client objectives, coordinate internal resources, and nurture long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day client communications and act as the main point of contact.
- Understand client business goals and align service delivery accordingly.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet expectations.
- Identify and resolve issues or risks that could affect client satisfaction.
- Drive client retention and uncover opportunities for account growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and updates.
- Collaborate with sales and client success teams for smooth onboarding and ongoing service excellence.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
