Account Executive - Go High Level (GHL)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Sales Professional to own the revenue engine of a fast‑growing AI‑powered marketing and automation agency. As a player‑coach, you will be the primary closer for done‑for‑you marketing services, helping local businesses scale through cutting‑edge automation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle sales, including prospecting, cold calling (40‑60 calls/day), booking and delivering live demos.
• Close tiered marketing and automation packages ranging from $495 to $3,997 per month.
• Manage the sales pipeline within GoHighLevel, optimizing lead funnels and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Translate complex automation solutions into clear, value‑based pitches for local business owners.
• Upsell existing clients to higher‑tier service packages as they achieve success.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder to refine sales scripts, lead acquisition strategy, and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a high‑close “hunter” sales professional.
• Deep familiarity with GoHighLevel and marketing automation tools; ready to hit the ground running.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and managing a busy demo calendar.
• Self‑starter able to work independently in a remote environment.
