Account Executive Analyst

About the role

The Account Executive Analyst will support Visa’s client cluster in Venezuela, providing analytical, business‑development and execution assistance for key client projects and market initiatives. Reporting to the Cluster Lead Director, the role bridges client needs with Visa’s product portfolio to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives in executing short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for high‑potential clients.
• Gather and analyse client data to produce quarterly performance reports, portfolio analyses and ad‑hoc insights.
• Coordinate client requests such as trainings, demos, webinars, card designs, NDAs and other deliverables.
• Lead processing of incentive payments, manage Market Development Funds and maintain incentive tracking mechanisms.
• Update client and prospect information in Microsoft Dynamics and support sales‑team communications.
• Collaborate with internal Visa teams to identify solutions for critical client challenges.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of banking and financial‑services trends and client business priorities.
• Ability to evaluate client strategies and recommend actions that strengthen partnerships.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience preparing business‑intelligence reports.
• Proactive communication skills to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) proficiency.
