About the role

TalentPop App is building a remote team of customer support professionals who are fluent in Spanish and English. As a Spanish‑English Customer Support Associate you will engage with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering professional and helpful assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in both Spanish and English through calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and ensure clear communication.
• Document interactions accurately and update records.
• Identify recurring concerns and share feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned on workflows and priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English.
• Calm, organized, and solutions‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
