About the role

Join our TalentPop App team as a Spanish‑English Bilingual Customer Service Specialist. You will provide voice and chat support to a diverse customer base, ensuring fast, friendly, and effective resolutions.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
