About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.

Key responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Qualify prospects and identify their needs.

Required profile

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable handling objections.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
