About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Client Relationship Manager to act as a strategic partner for our leadership team, overseeing the full sales cycle for bilingual professionals in Latin America. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong client relationships, crafting proposals, and driving project wins.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process from initial inquiry to proposal development and deal closure.
  • Prepare client proposals and budgets for event production projects.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, ensuring a high‑quality experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Support business development activities, research existing clients for new opportunities, and draft outreach communications.
  • Manage the company newsletter and LinkedIn presence.
  • Track leads and opportunities in Salesforce and contribute to workflow automation across systems.

What we offer

  • Hourly rate starting at USD 6 / hr (≈ USD 1,044 / month).
