Website Strategist & Project Manager

About the role

Charly Agency seeks a senior web operator who can drive website and landing‑page projects from brief to launch with speed, clarity and high quality. This holistic position blends copy, design and technology oversight while coordinating clients, designers, developers, copywriters and SEO specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end website and landing‑page projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review and provide feedback on work created in Figma, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress or Framer.
• Consolidate input from multiple stakeholders and maintain a clear project scope.
• Optimize landing pages for ads, organic traffic, B2B, B2C and e‑commerce environments.
• Maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines.
• Communicate directly with clients in fluent English when required.
• Oversee project budgets, priorities and timelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years (5+ preferred) in web design, development, CRO, UX/UI, digital project management or website strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing websites and conversion‑focused pages.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in the PST/PDT timezone.
• Sharp, organized, direct, reliable and proactive communicator.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Figma, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress and Framer.
• Project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Copy and design oversight with an eye for good taste.
• Knowledge of CRO and UX/UI principles.
